To ensure compliance with national and international laws of OHS, a healthy and safe workplace has been built in consultation and cooperation with management and employees particularly the HSE management and continually engage clients, contractors and subcontractors in safety programmes to ensure accident free working environment.
The safety management and all supervisors are responsible for the health and safety of workers under their jurisdiction.
Responsibilities include ensuring that machineries and equipment are safe and that work practices are in compliance with established policies, workplace practices and procedures. To protect their health and safety, workers must receive adequate specific work task training.
Every employee must protect his/her health and safety and safety of other employees by working in compliance with client and company policies established.
Contractors will be required to operate according to national or international requirements using best practices and following Harmotech polices and procedures regarding health and safety.
Harmotech pays critical attention to health, safety and environmental issues hence the need for all management, employees, contractors and subcontractors to adhere to our safety policies without revocation.
We charge all workers and employees to take responsibilities of their own safety and safety of others because safety is strictly personal and must not be compromised
